After-sale services (Support and Maintenance)

All products are designed and produced inside our company: this represents a fundamental element that allows us to guarantee a high quality level and to provide a long-term efficient service in terms of support and maintenance – replacement parts and consumables included–.


Support is provided both centrally, through Customer Service, which is made up of highly specialized personnel, as well as through our Partners, which are distributed throughout the region.


To guarantee a quality of service, Solari’s personnel is constantly trained and is certified: each technician must mandatorily participate in courses organized by our Education Center.

These courses deal with new products as well as with updated existing products.
