  • Do the TFT devices need to be installed so as to be protected from weather conditions and direct sunlight?

    The busstop TFT displays are designed to be installed outdoors and they are therefore resistant to whether. However, it is preferable that they be installed under a roof so that excellent readability is guaranteed no matter what the ambient light conditions are.

  • What happens if a device is vandalized with graffiti?

    Thanks to all to particular techniques used for coating the display housing and because of the use of a glass for the front of the display, the device can be cleaned with common solvents: graffiti therefore does not represent a problem and can be easily removed.

  • After having installed a system of busstop displays, is it possible to view the state of each single device from the control center?

    Yes, the Operations Center is remotely connected to each device using the chosen communication technology (GPRS, Ethernet, etc.). From the Operations Center, the operator can therefore check the working state and the messages currently displayed on each display in real-time, without having to physically be present on site.

  • Is it possible to see any malfunctioning displays from the Control Center?

    Yes, each display is equipped with an internal diagnostic system capable of identifying any malfunctions regarding its own components (power supply, LEDs, controller, etc.) and automatically send specific alerts to the Control Center.
